New details about the Vondel map for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 have emerged online. It is expected that this map will be featured in the fourth season. According to information from CharlieIntel, the season is set to begin on June 14th, and initially, the map will be available in the Resurgence mode, with later additions to the Battle Royale and DMZ modes. The development of this new location is reportedly being handled by Beenox, with the Netherlands chosen as the setting.

Although Vondel's size will be smaller than that of the "Al-Mazra" map, it will still be larger in scale compared to "Ashik Island." Vondel is expected to offer players a unique gameplay contrast compared to other locations. It is also believed that this new map will be the final one before the release of the next installment in the franchise, developed by Sledgehammer Games. Interestingly, the first demonstration of this new game may take place as early as august.
