ORDER CS:GO-listen fortsætter officielt under tagget Grayhound Gaming
The Australian eSports organization Grayhound Gaming has announced the signing of the former ORDERCS:GO roster. Note that the former club of the team actually became bankrupt, as a result of which the players and the coaching staff became free agents on September 2. At the same time, the team has already played several matches under the new tag, waiting for the settlement of legal subtleties for a full-fledged announcement.
The composition of ORDER has undergone major changes only in the last three months. Back in June, the Australian team said goodbye to the Renegades organization, but quickly found a new home in ORDER.
Having played under the new tag at ESL Pro League Conference Season 16 and Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne, the roster suddenly found out that the organization had run out of money due to the departure of key sponsors. Throughout August, the team remained in limbo as ORDER tried to find a potential buyer.
According to a recent report, the club failed to sell its assets, resulting in all staff and players officially leaving ORDER today, September 2nd.
As for Grayhound Gaming, the Australian organization has a long history in CS:GO. Having started back in 2017, the team soon joined the Australian five, which also included Sico and INS. However, in 2019, the club sold its last squad to Renegades, after which it went into decline.
Currently, the Australian team is playing as part of the home ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022, which takes place from September 2 to 4 in Melbourne. In addition, in October the team will play at Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: Asia-Pacific RMR, where they will try to reach the Major.
