Apeks has secured the signing of Aleksandar "CacaNito" Kjulukoski as the replacement for Justinas "jL" Lekavicius, who is set to join Natus Vincere, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The 22-year-old North Macedonian player gained recognition during his time with BLUEJAYS, where he showcased his skills in the second tier of European Counter-Strike. With an average rating of 1.16, CacaNito played a crucial role in helping BLUEJAYS reach the 30th spot in the world rankings earlier this year.

While previous transfer markets saw CacaNito linked to teams like Endpoint and ENCE, no deal materialized as those organizations opted for other established players. However, Apeks has now secured the talented player's signature.

CacaNito will be joining a roster led by his former teammate, Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski, who has proven himself as an exceptional in-game leader. Under kyxsan's leadership, Apeks achieved notable success, including reaching the semi-finals of the BLAST.tv Major in Paris.

In addition to CacaNito's signing, Apeks recently extended kyxsan's contract until the end of 2024, solidifying their partnership for the foreseeable future.

As jL reportedly heads to Natus Vincere, Apeks' roster will feature the following players:

  • Martin "STYKO" Styk from Slovakia
  • Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad from Norway
  • Tim "nawwk" Jonasson from Sweden
  • Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski from North Macedonia
  • Aleksandar "CacaNito" Kjulukoski from North Macedonia

The team will be guided by coach Jakub "kuben" Gurczynski from Poland.

The addition of CacaNito strengthens Apeks' lineup and sets the stage for their upcoming competitive endeavors.
