Team Spirit will not be able to participate in ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 as several players require treatment upon their return from the United States

The Dota 2 roster of Team Spirit will miss out on participating in the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 tournament. This information was shared by the club's representatives on their social media channels and has been confirmed by the event organizers.

With regret, we have to announce that our DOTA roster won't be able to participate in ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023.

Upon returning from the USA, several of our players require medical examinations, potentially followed by treatment.

We appreciate the invitation from the organizers but will have to engage in the event only as spectators. We wish all participating teams the best of luck and great games. Hopefully, we'll meet again next time.

ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 is scheduled to take place from December 11 to 17 in Malaysia. The tournament will feature 12 teams competing for a prize pool of one million dollars. Team Spirit was initially invited as one of the four participating teams, but due to unforeseen circumstances, their slot in the championship has been transferred to the West European qualifiers.
