The world championship for Hearthstone, that comes under 2017 Hearthstone World Championship name, will take place in Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. This information appeared at the official website of the tournament. More details about the venue of the event and tickets is available here.

Prize pool distribution:
- 1 place: $250,000
- 2 place: $150,000
- 3-4 place: $100,000
- 5-8 place: $50,000
- 9-16 place: 25,000
The tournament is scheduled for November 18 – 21, 2017 in Netherlands. All participants will be seeded into 4 groups where they will play in GSL system. Two best esportsmen of each group will get to the play-off stage with single-elimination bracket with bo7 matches.
