Rogue planlægger vagtændringer inden Rocket League
According to the Shiftrle.gg portal, the North American esports organization Rogue is planning changes to the Rocket League roster. The club is expected to withdraw from Taroco's services while Chronic is being considered to replace him.
After signing with Aqua in January, Rogue had a strong run in the 2021-2022 RLCS regional split qualifiers, but the team struggled to place in the top 8 in the big tournaments. It looks like the North American team failed to meet expectations, but a change in line-up could be the impetus to overcome this gap.
Taroco has been with Rogue since November 2020. For two seasons, the 19-year-old Canadian helped the team win RLCS X Games: North American Regional - Winter Event 3, RLCS Season X - Spring: Verizon 5G Ultra Cup - NA Regional Event 1 and Hercules Tires Invitational 2, and also get into the top three at RLCS Season X - Winter: NA Regional Event 1, Rocket League Summit 2: North America, RLCS Season X - Winter: NA Major and RLCS Season X - Spring: NA Major.
In turn, Chronic, being the main candidate for joining the team, has spent the last six months in the Randoms. Together with his team, the 16-year-old American managed to win the AAA Challenger Series Championship, and even took part in the RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: NA Regional Event 3 - Nissan Classic.
If the transfer happens, Rogue plans to return with fresh energy for the next competitive season to try and take on the strongest teams in their region.
Rogue's likely Rocket League roster is as follows:
- Gyro
- Aqua
- Chronic
- CorruptedG (coach)
