One of the TSM players, Mingyu 'Spica' Lu, announced that his contract with the esports club was terminated, and he is now a free agent. For what reason such a decision was made, the cybersportsman did not say.
Spica thanked his fans for the support they have shown towards Mingyu Lu for four years, which is how long Spica has been performing on the professional stage.

The Chinese player joined TSM in May 2019 when he started playing under the TSM Academy tag. As part of the latter, he successfully performed in three LCS league tournaments for the academy, after which the management saw his potential and transferred him to the starting lineup. The result was not long in coming, and already in the next split, LCS Summer 2020, the esportsman won with his teammates, earning $100,000 there.
Thus, the player managed to break into the 2020 World Championship, where he and his teammates showed a poor result and took 13-16th place in the standings. After that, the performance of the roster at the LCS splits left much to be desired.
LCS Spring 2021 ended with a bronze prize for the team, and after that the results began to decline. Thus, TSM management decided to make an attempt to improve results by terminating the contract with Spica.
Where the Chinese player will now play is unknown. It is also unclear at the moment who will replace the departed jungler in the roster. We look forward to announcements in the future.
Spica began his professional playing career in July 2018 under the Echo Fox Academy tag. After joining TSM, his career was limited to only two tags: Echo Fox and TSM. During his entire stay on the professional scene in League of Legends, the esportsman almost managed to reach the mark of $40,000 in prize money, stopping at $38,275.
