In the video, the champion's name is encrypted, and it aligns with the same color scheme used in previous champion teasers. According to information from the insider known as Big Bad Bear, this may be a subtle hint at a new ability that allows players to "paint" with their mouse.

Big Bad Bear had previously called upon artists to create visual depictions of the champion based on their leaks. As of now, an official release date for this new character has not been announced. However, based on the insider's information, players can expect Hwei to arrive on the test server in either patch 13.22 or patch 13.23.
